Bill Gates at his office
How Bill Gates works

First I must say, I'm a bit disappointed, because as the most people,
I love to read about the workflows of famous people, but this article ain't that.

I feel this article about how Bill Gates works more like a Microsoft Office advertisement, but there is something what made me first smile, than think.

Whiteboards in some Microsoft offices have the ability to capture an image
and send it up to the computer, almost like a huge Tablet PC.
I don’t have that right now, but probably I’ll get a digital whiteboard next year.
Today, if there’s something up there that’s brilliant, I just get out my pen
and my Tablet PC and recreate it.

Bill Gates - April, 2006

It’s up to you if you like Bill Gates or not, but what truly deserves tons of respect about him - besides of spending billions of dollars on charity with his wife - is that when it comes down to work he just doesn’t care if he’s the richest man on the planet or not. If this year the digital whiteboard doesn’t fit in the budget, well nothing to do, sketch with hand on the good old tablet till next year.

I wondered if I should generously offer my services to collect money with the reference: “Save Billy’s day, donate money for a digital whiteboard!” I bet You would send me some…
